Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved. Please allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account.
For RVCA Insiders, return shipping labels are free if returned within 30 days. For all other guests, return shipping labels are $5.95 for any number of items, this will be deducted from your refund.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- We will not accept merchandise that’s missing tags, worn, altered, or washed.
- Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
- Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item. Visit our Returns Page to start your return.
Please follow the instructions below to complete your return.
- Sign in here to access your order. If you are a RVCA Insider, you can also access your order by signing in to your Account.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return and follow the steps to confirm your return and print your label.
- You will then pack your items with the invoice that came with your order and seal it.
- Attach the shipping label to your package. Cover any previous labels and barcodes that are on the package.
- Drop off your package at any U.S. mail location - your mailbox, at work, or the Post Office.
You will receive three status emails from the start of your return process:
- When our carrier receives your package.
- Your package arrives in our warehouse.
- When your return has been processed.
Military APO/FPO Returns Process
For orders shipped to a military address, you will need to ship the item back via any carrier of your choice to our warehouse at this address:

Please include your original packing slip or copy of your confirmation email. Also be sure to keep the tracking number provided by your carrier for your records as proof of your return shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any fees charged by that carrier. Returns are being processed within 7- 10 business days from the date received in our warehouse. No need to follow up. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed. Please allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account after receiving this email.
