GRUPO DE EXPERTOS SOLYNIEVE & RVCA PRESENTS “ANTIGUO Y NUEVO”

After an extensive and successful tour throughout Spain and after seeing how their first record “Alegato Meridional” was edited with remarkable success in Mexico, Grupo de Expertos Solynieve returns to the burden with “Antiguo y Nuevo”.

This E.P. is the first of a series of recordings that claim for the handcrafted and domestic spirit which the group has always shown. This time this atmosphere translates into a record with four new songs that have been recorded, mixed, mastered and pressed on vinyl following a 100% analogical process. They present the best of the familiar faces of the band: the warmth of a sound and lyrics that led us to talk about “country of return” or individual tributes to the classics (”Hickory Wind” by Gram Parsons). Besides, Grupo de Expertos Solynieve also touches aspects unknown so far, such as the irreverent electric twist posed in “La Reina de Inglaterra”. This record verifies that their proposal has passed the picturesque side to be treated with all the naturalness with which it was conceived…

“Antiguo y nuevo” is the first major project of the Artist Network Program of RVCA and the band Grupo de Expertos Solynieve in Spain. The E.P will be released early this week in a limited edition of 400 copies. Apart from these copies, 30 signed and numbered copies more will be sold in places not common to the music industry… places related to the RVCA Universe:
