Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith grew up on a small plot of land in Austin, Texas with her mom, sister, and grandparents. Having a small family she quickly learned the importance of friends and how they can so easily become like family. Ashley spent most of her free time at the local skate park, attending local concerts or art shows in downtown Austin. This was her life until March of 2009 when she was discovered at the SXSW festival in Austin. As she was walking across Waterloo Park, Foreman Management, a boutique Austin model scouting family, approached her. At that moment she had no idea that the short meeting would lead to her getting on a plane headed for NYC three months later. Since then she has lived between NYC and Paris as an internationally recognized model. Ashley has worked for brands such as Diesel, Alexander Wang, Forever 21, Topshop, and has walked the runways of Chanel, Balenciaga and Altuzarra. She has traveled to almost every country in Europe, also Brazil and Russia. After being introduced to the RVCA family there was no denying she would make a perfect addition to the growing Advocate program and be a driving force for RVCA Women's!
