To see pictures of Day one in NY- go http://www.rvca.com/anp/?p=1585

Mickey Avalon strolling the streets.

David Mushegain - Dave makes faces every time i take his picture just because he knows I’m going to try to post pictures of him. Well I’m sorry Dave i’m posting your picture anyway.

I’m all about the group photos- i know it gets irritating to the people i’m with (maybe because every 5 seconds I’m taking a photo). Left to right- Nathan Webster aka Noodles, PM Tonore, Man in the back, Mickey Avalon, Tim Hendricks, Pat Towersey. Going anywhere with Pm you always have a motel crew of interesting people.

Back in China Town Mickey and i venture out to meet the guys at a resturant.

David, Mickey, Dmote and Ewok having good healthy lunch.

This was a musical week.

early in the week Aska and Dave came over and we built these little battery operated synthesizers I brought back from Japan.

The finished product! The GAKKEN SX-150 ANALOG SYNTHESIZER!!!

Cali and I went to Downey.

Because the most awesome record pressing plant is there. What were we doing? What do you think we were doing at a pressing plant? Ordering records!! The new Sads “silent show” record should be out in October…and it sounds great!

Roberts and Tilton just moved into their big, gorgeous new space in Culver City. I stopped by to say hello and check it out. This is Lindsay and she hates to have her photo taken. I’ve been trying to get a good shot of her to put on here for a while…

This time I got it! There…isn’t she beautiful?

In other news…Beautiful Losers opened at The Nuart.

ANP Quarterly shirts are still available online!! Order them!! They help us put out the mag. Thanks.

Around 150 people came to watch The Council of Doom’s new movie at the Sunset Exchange in Phoenix, Arizona Friday night. There was a trick competition & sprint race after the screening with prizes from: RVCA, Domenic’s Cycling, Cowtown Skateboards, Electric Sunglasses, Nixon watches and Sunset Exchange. Big thanks to Jeremy, Angel, AZ FIXED and The Hot City Destroyers for all of their hard work putting this event together. Keep an eye open for future premieres in Auckland, Atlanta, Milan & Salt Lake City.

i like this photo Aaron was trying to make a run for it…. I caught him mid motion.

This is Ed’s photo I stole it from Ed’s “traffic jam on the information super- highway”…

Ed laughing at Aaron trying to make a run for it.

ANP editorial meeting day down in Costa Mesa. Here’s Ed with one of the photos Terry Richardson shot of Erin Wasson for the new RVCA campaign. I probably shouldn’t be posting photos from that yet, but hell, this photo was just too good.

DSS is back from a week long stay in Portland. Looking weary-eyed, but sharp as ever.

Keith in Hollywood with his bitchin’ mustang!

The ever charming Miranda July at Sunday brunch.

Then back to my place to look at books!

A bunch of friends came by on Sunday. Here’s Brendan on his last day before he heads East for three weeks!!

In tow was the illustrious Mr. Dean Spunt sporting a crazy new moustache.

…and Cali with a box overflowing with artifacts from his past.

So obviously the whole blog thing is like taking over the world right?
Well earlier on today RVCA’s beloved Stu showed us his new blog - http://aforeffort666.blogspot.com/
Collaborating with members of the Sinister Surf Club, Stu and his boys will be sure to keep the world updated on their latest antics.
Today – here are a few images from their latest blogging efforts.

THE MODELIZER —Erin Wasson has graced plenty of magazine covers, but now she can add album cover to her list. Terry Richardson photographed her for Whirlwind Heat’s newest alt rock album, Self Titled Or Scoop Du Jour, smudged with ice cream and a few stategically-placed drips

Two advocates join forces- while sitting with Shannon Brothers the other day they were showing us this new album cover they were working on…… Small world!
