Kalani put on an incredible performance yesterday at the NSSA Nationals. In his boys Explorer final he posted a mid 9 and high 8, going against the grain on the right at Salt Creek point. One of the waves he blasted a huge air and stuck it, the other was a big snap and a power wrap – he looked way beyond his years and the beach exploded with applause. There are still a few more divisions left to go and possibly another title…
